Package Offer Terms:
- Discounted hours must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
- Buyer is responsible for scheduling appointments within the period for which the package is valid. markCTO.com may, at our discretion, extend the expiration of your package if you are unable to book enough appointments within the valid period.
- If an appointment extends beyond the number of discounted hours remaining in your package, the additional hours will be billed at our regular rate of $125/hour.
- Appointments within discount packages may only be scheduled within normal working hours (Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) except by prior arrangement with Mark Herrera. Unless agreed in advance, each hour of evening, weekend, or emergency service will count as two hours against your purchased appointment time.
